Hey Guys, This is Bheem Kushwaha at Muscle Plus Gym and below is the description about his video of chest exercise.
1. Doing flat bench chest exercise with 31 raps on 55 lbs & 7 raps at 121 lbs. and followingly doing dumbbell press on flat bench.
2. Doing incline bench chest exercise with 22 raps on 55 lbs & 9 raps at 88 lbs. and followingly doing dumbbell press on incline bench.
3. Doing decline bench chest exercise with 22 raps on 55 lbs and followingly doing dumbbell press on decline bench.
4. Doing butterfly exercises.
5. A pullover exercise on 59 lbs.
6. and of-course the hardest one - Dibs after chest exercise & workout.
